PROFILE

Bob’s work has built a following and it’s easy to see why. His eye for the intricate details of nature, resonate from the landscapes to the close-ups of fauna and flora. Whether it be a rock formation in the Southwest or a single wildflower in the Northeast, his eye captures the natural beauty of nature in a clean and vibrant way. In addition to his passion for the details and geometry that nature provides, Bob’s other passion is studying the artistic details of architecture and the automobile. He has captured those details by just shooting specific areas, never the entire building or vehicle.

Bob purchased his first camera for a college graphic arts class in 1973. It wasn’t until 1998 that he told his wife he wanted to start shooting again. In 2004, Bob turned his passion into a business. Along the way and still to this day, Bob attends photo workshops once a year. He has been fortunate to have studied under such notable photographers as John Shaw, David Middleton, Cliff Zenor, David Muench and Scott Rouse. Bob has also studied with the Rocky Mountain School of Photography.
His photographic journeys have taken him across the US and Canada from Olympic National Park, The Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Glacier, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, The Smokies and Acadia National Park just to name a few.

Prestigious Car shows such as St Michael’s, MD., Hershey, PA., Old English Car Show, Crane’s Beach Car Concourse and several regional and local custom car shows provide the portfolio of auto images on this website. Added to his website is "The Art of the Car" , a fine art photo cocktail table book, consisting of 8 chapters ranging from the front to rear and the forward written by John Davis, host and producer of TV's MotorWeek.

Bob’s work is winning recognition by showing in galleries and community fund raising events throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
